cant even use the site barely since it appears on almost every page
If you can capture the ad that's generating it, you could report it

Same here on iPhone/Safari.
In order to get rid of this, I had to go into Settings > Safari > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.
Edit: Never mind, it's back again.
I am getting a similar redirect to luckypuppy.top during my games this morning. Instant redirect while playing. Of course I did not interact with the phishing site and just closed my browser. Malwarebytes scan doesn't detect anything. Can someone explain how to capture the offending ad so I can report it?

I've mentioned that URL to staff, hopefully it's enough to find it for removal from the ad network.
