spammers and NSFW messages

Literally every chess game I go into which is played by high rated elo players, there are either people who are spamming or people who are suggestive or just straight up NSFW. If chess.com really cannot manage these issues (which I'm pretty sure they can't because creating a new account literally takes 45 seconds), then I suggest adding another function which allows, from the users end, to mute / hide these spammers' messages to your eyes. Another function that SHOULD be added is the function to REPORT BY CLICKING ON THE NAME in mobile chat, instead of the long winded way which I use - go to the friends page, search the username of the offender, and report. These ideas implemented will greatly improve the quality and experience of chess.com. (woah big wall of text)
