STOP CHARGING ME FOR A CANCELED SUBSRIPTION!!!

3+ Years ago i Subscribed for a 1year membership.
After few months i decided to cancel it.
The next year i noticed they billed me again, and i reported to you about this, and no one replied to me.

This is the second year as i am getting charged from my card - You said you will refund me and you DID, but funny thing is on the same day you did your refund you charged me again.
This Company is a JOKE and will steal your money!

I hope more people realise that you are a scam company.

Today i am submitting a bank report and they will charge back everything you take.
I will also report this to the payment processors you have.

If you got charged again after getting the refund, that sounds like a bug and is not intentional. I have referred this to staff and they be able to check up on it

Staff have looked and do not see any charges after the refund given. They requested you use the Help option to assist if there's something else being seen on your end.

I have like 5 tickets opened via your Help- AI live chat, i provided a screenshots as well.
its been weeks and no one has tried to contact me.
