why my points aint increasing eaven i would win the game? It is stuck in 60 points?
There was a bug introduced last week that was quickly fixed but it left some divisions in that stuck state. Staff are working on a method to identify all stuck divisions and put players in a new division at the same tier.
You can accomplish that yourself by leaving leagues and rejoining. Your first qualifying game after will put you in a new division.

The old division was broken. The fix was to place members in a new division and everyone starts with 0 trophies in new divisions
Now im stuck in 65 points

There's a new bug, that may be related to the one from the OP. Staff are aware and working on it.
