Suggestion - Resizable pieces?

I wish resizable pieces were a thing. For example, I really like the bases+wood combo, but the pieces take up too much space. A slider to resize pieces would be great and allow more comfort while playing. And it's simple (but I'm no html + css expert) - group the pieces into a <div> (or <span>, I don't know the difference) and then add a slider to control the size! Just make the pieces stay centered. Thanks!
EDIT: Never mind, bases is the same size as others but for some reason to me in closed positions they look bigger
