yes this is urgent concern we all play and love chess com tournaments give a lot time in tourneys medals data is important this bug must be improved immediately

I think as you have not won any medal till now so you can't check your medals try visiting my profile and click on my medals and see

From my past 2 blitz matches, I didn't move even single chess piece. Still it has shown as lost and points were deducted. Could you have a look on this.

The results show the games were abandoned, which means you probably got disconnected.
