That’s exactly what I was doing in the discussion... I was explaining why it’s necessary and why there’s no good reason it hasn’t been implemented yet. There’s no need to contact support, as support agents are just regular staff at chess.com. I prefer using a thread with traction to get the attention of the higher ups.

it’s a great idea in theory. and it would be a good idea to implement it. but it takes guts of steel to get players to rematch as you know.
