thank you for the hint but having used the report already several times and being ignored, I thought that if it occured with others as well it would result in a different treatment 
As I already said (and experienced)... no reaction as well as no solution on that...

Hi Chess.com team,
I’m currently visiting Mongolia and was struck by how deeply chess is embedded in daily life here. From kids playing on the street to tournaments on TV, it’s clear this country has a strong chess culture.
Surprisingly, I noticed that Mongolian isn’t available as a language option on Chess.com. Given how many people here play chess, I feel it would be incredibly meaningful to have the interface and lessons in Mongolian too.
Are there any plans to add Mongolian in the future?

Hello Team.
I am aware that it's a mega workload to handle all of it here but, please, in case you change things that worked properly and afterwards they are just annoying, spend some time checking on it before you go-live.
Since a couple of days the automated moving forward into the next game keeps pulling back into the one I just played recently. Annoying like hell!!!
Please correct this pointless thing asap.
