tl;dr Pressing the Game Review button writes 96 files totaling 1.68 GB of data.
Hello, I was recently poking around with my hard drive space and noticed a serious issue. The directory AppData/Local/Temp/mozilla-temp-files was using over 400 gigs of hard drive space. That's a bizarre situation, so I started doing some digging to try and figure out what on earth wrote 400 gigs to my SSD without asking. It took some investigation, but it seems that the culprit is the Game Review feature. Full credit to this reddit post for connecting it to chess, seriously doubt I would have made that connection.
I immediately played a game to see if that was the cause, but nothing changed in that directory. When I hit game review, I got a fresh batch of files. Clicking the 'game review' button seems to download 96 files totaling 1.68 GIGS of data. This is 100% reproducible, i.e. every single time I click the Game Review button, a new batch of files is written. The oldest files are from March 12th.
