Were you going with all this?
I have experience making them. I've had 10 of them in my league already https://www.chess.com/club/live-tournaments/drehinai-wmuchi-kao?type=arena
The problem lies in the fact that when I try to type the club in to challenge it the name doesn't come up and it says there are no results.

My guess is the problem is related to the clubs having similar names. However, a staff member replied there and likely is looking at it or will when they see the reply.

Multi-Club Arenas aren't Daily.
