You're not missing anything. They definitely changed it; I got lucky by doing all the lessons years ago.
What happened to the Lesson Library's guided path?

Is it not possible now to find the guide? I thought the lessons as they were organized and progressed was a great feature. I've learned so much from them, and I was about to start the Advanced lessons. They were the main reason I subscribed!
I see now that the guide on the web browser is now like the guide on the phone app. You can see the path, but you can't see the names of the lessons you haven't done yet, other than the very next one you're about to do. If you try and click on them, it says "you haven't unlocked this yet." Why would they want to hide the names of the future lessons on the path? I definitely liked it better when you could look at the guide and easily see everything from beginning to end, no "fancy" confusing path with locked lesson names, squeezed onto the side of the screen. It looks more like Duolingo now, which I don't like.

It won't even show me the path anymore (aside from the name of the "next" lesson).
EDIT: Never mind, I found what "path" you mean... that clunky Fisher-Price looking trail of pictures where you have to hover the mouse over each one to see its description. I never noticed it before because it was always covered up by the main menu by default after the lessons finish. And since, you know, I always just used the actual readable list to navigate the lessons.
In my case, now even some of the lessons that I for sure completed long ago no longer show as completed. What an absolute mess.

I find it bizarre what they have done. There is now an overload of lessons with no clear structured paths. Like another contributor commented, one of the reasons I subscribed was the structured lesson curriculum. Fortunately I had progressed far enough that this won’t be a big problem, but it is disappointing to see this change and very messy to navigate around now.
Am I missing something, or is it hidden now? On the website browser I can still select "Next Lesson" but I can no longer see how many lessons I have left until I complete the entire path of guided lessons. I can no longer see the path itself, or an area where the lessons are laid out based on the categories New to Chess, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
I can see now that you can still find this path on the phone app (iOS) though they did change the whole layout significantly. But is it no longer accessible on the web browser, or is it just in a new place I can't find?
