Why does chess.com hate me?

Ok, so i was playing a bughouse game, I got a lag. When i was able to move, me and my partner's opponent both flagged at the same time. Chess.com said i lost. This makes no sense. This clearly shows that chess.com hates me. I would appreciate if i get my lost 11 points back.

It's impossible to flag at the same time. Chess is after all turn based.

if no one believes me tell a mod to go check the bug i reported, in the picture it clearly says 0:00 on my clock and 0:00 on my partner's opponent's clock

I also would like an explanation about why chess.com doesn't take any of my reports or comments seriously

chess . com says o abort to often but but I had to because my grandpa said to get off before dinner but I tried to tell that is was one minute long
