A Bug? Or Just A Annoyance In Your Connection

My friend has told me that he has been playing bullet games, he said that whenever it says his oponent has 0.00 seconds on his clock. It lags for 5 seconds and says he loses on time after that 5 seconds. This has happened to me but rarely. Just wondering if it has happened to anyone else.

So it's really just interent lag.
