Errr.. I have had automatic draws due to repetition? Cant recall when, but I am very sure. This also once happend when I was behind and placed the other guy in check. He moved it, I checked again and this proces repeated a couple times and I got the pop up that it was a draw! (or am I missing something essential?)

@ElKitch: When a threefold repetition draw is declared "automatically" with a computer opponent, in reality the computer is instantly claiming the draw.
