The computer can tell when humans miss a good move, but cannot tell when they make one. The computer just doesn't look at things the same way as a human does so it cannot tell when it is looking at an above-average human move.
That, and it's unlikely that a player less than expert will produce something that to the computer looks like it is worth an exclam.

your analysis software is fine overall but there is one major flaw. While you have notations for mistakes, blunders etc (?!, ??) there is nothing for good, interesting or brilliant moves ( !?, ?!, !!)
Seems if you can advise about the negative moves, you can do the reverse for positive. Chessmaster can do it, I'm sure you guys can!
