Don't get lost in the flak, Ninja.  When you can snatch the pebble from Ozzie's hand, you will be contacted.

Then you will be issued the decoder ring...and all will become clear.

gambit13

When I get to 1000, I'm going to get the rare tali billi laser chess sharks deluxe edition.

The_Chess_Ninja

when i get 1000, I have no idea what i want to do .

gambit13

I think you can get a chess-themed ninja uniform at 1000

TheGrobe

What good is an anything-themed ninja uniform?  No-one ever sees a ninja, and if they do it's because they're about to die.

Now that's real ultimate power.

Starman_Skullz

In a forum I saw they were giving out free chess.com t-shirts if you got 1000 points but it ended sometime in 2009....

Make that ended in 2007.

The first rule of member point topics is never mention the t-shirt. erik does not need to be reminded of this mistake every time. He might have to shut the site down to escape it.

rigamagician

The first rule of chess.com is, you do not talk about the t-shirts.  The second rule of chess.com is, you DO NOT talk about the t-shirts.  If someone resigns, goes limp, times out, the game is over.  Two guys or gals to a game.  One game at a time.  No shirts, no shoes.  Games will go on as long as they have to.  If this is your first night at chess.com, you have to play.

NimzoRoy

It's a swell idea but I'm not holding my breath waiting for it to happen. After all, people get to play here for free and even get a few perks for free.

When I'm done holding my breath, can I trade in my member points for rating points?

Rigamagician, is it OK to talk about Fight Club here?

Dear Sir/M,
I am Mr.David Mark. an Auditor of a CHESS CLUB OF THE NORTH
INTERNATIONAL,ABUJA
(FCT). I have the courage to Crave indulgence for
this important business
believing that you will never let me down
either now or in the future. Some
years ago, an American Grandmaster
consultant/ contractor with the Nigeria National
Chess Corporation,
made a numbered time (fixed)deposit for twelve calendar
months, valued
12M.C.C (TWELVE MILLION CHESS.COM POINTS) in an account. On maturity,
The
bank sent a routine notification to his forwarding address but got no
reply.
After a month, The bank sent another reminder and finally his
contract
employers, the Nigerian National Chess Corporation wrote
to inform that he died without MAKING A WILL or TAKING VACATION TIME, and all attempts
by the U.S.C.F. to trace his next of kin was fruitless. I
therefore, made further investigation and
discovered that the
beneficiary was an immigrant from Hungaries and only recently
obtained
American citizenship. He did not decla re any kin or relations in all
his official documents, including his Chess.com account. This total
amount12M.C.C (TWELVE MILLION CHESS.COM POINTS)
is still sitting as
dormant Account. No one will ever come forward to claim
it, and according to
F.I.D.E. policy, after some years, the
money will revert to the
ownership of the Nigerian Government if the
account owner is certified dead. This
is the situation, and my proposal
is that I am looking for a foreigner who will
stand in as the next of
kin to beneficiary, and OPEN a CHESS.COM Account abroad to
facilitate the
transfer of these points. This is simple, all you have to do is to
OPEN
an account anywhere in the world and send me its detail for me to
arrange
the proper point transfer paperwork, and facilitate the
transfer.The points will
then be paid into this Account for us to share
in the ratio of 60% for me, 35 %
for you and 5% for expenses that might
come up during transfer process. There is
no risk at all, and all the
paper work for this transaction will be done by me
using my position
and connections in the chess clubs of Nigeria. This business
transaction is guaranteed.
If you are
interested, please reply immediately through my personal email sending
the
following details: (1) Your Full Name/Address (2) Your Private
Telephone/fax
Number. Please observe the utmost confidentiality, and be
rest assured that this
transaction would be most profitable for both of
us because I shall require your
assistance to invest some of my share
in your country. I look forward to your
earliest reply.
Yours,
Mr.David
Mark.

The_Chess_Ninja

hic2482w
