Chess.com Android app issues

Tactics trainer:

1) can't see the rating of the puzzle after solving it.

2) no retry button after successfully completing a puzzle.

3) no tags visible

4) no comments visible.

Use the "Report Problems" link on the app to report problems.

I don't see any "report problems" link.

Live games:

1) only one premove available(this can basically be the decide factor in most of the bullet games and lot of blitz games)

2) can't access the opponent profile from live game or archives.

It is in App settings.

I was hoping that posting a thread here would be enough to draw attention of chess.com. And, others can also list if they have any issues with the app.

So, you have all these issues sorted out in chess.com iPhone app?

Yes, there are some differences between the mobile apps and web. Some of the things you want are already (sort of) available though:

• Seeing the rating, and revisiting previously solved problems: If you tap on the menu button and select "Performance" you'll see a list of recently solved problems (and their ratings). You can tap on the problems to revisit them for analysis.
• Looking at opponents' profile pages: If you open a game from the archive and tap your opponent's avatar you should be taken to their profile page.

There is no option of seeing the rating of the puzzle I just solved. I would have to go into archives through settings -> performance -> archives to know the puzzle rating. I think this qualifies as a bug. It is basic to display the rating of the puzzle as soon as you just solved or got it wrong. 

Also, only one premove in live games is also a deal breaker because you can do multiple premoves on computer. So, players playing on computer would have advantage over players playing on app.

Live Game:

no option to set the rating range of opponents during seeking a challenge for new game. This would not have been such a bad thing except lot of times it matches you against players who are 100-200 points lower than you. And this is a huge problem in bullet.

I will pass on the request for seeing the rating after completing a problem, but it might be hard to fit the information on the screen (especially without it getting cluttered) on many devices.

Multiple premoves on mobile has been discussed a bit in the past — personally I find that it doesn't work quite as well as on the web though, but it is something we are looking to add in the future.

You can choose your rating when you make a new challenge: if you tap on the "Create Challenge" option, you can customize your challenges, including the rating range for your seeks.

Why don't i see the proper buttons, instead of the r c ∆ and ,? Also I don't see other buttons such as Add, Invite instead see an alphabet like V G B L K ) ] etc? Any solutions?

I'm new so it's hard to find out which one is for Which purpose. 

Is there some updates for this on Android side. Beeing android developer, there is always room to help sort out this problems. 

I really find it strange to not show puzzle rating once you solve it. I end up opening chess.com in the browser from mobile just to see this. You can also implement the same thing on android app and make pizzle rating under the puzzle it self, so user needs to scroll, the same way web does it.
