Conditional moves: resign

If i would be sure that my opponent would play perfect I would resign.  But I am a little more sneaky, and I only want to resign under certain conditions, but this seems to be impossible to fill out in the "conditional move" option.  Is that correct?  This would be a nice feature to have.

Got my vote! Still, why when there is already a resign button! So, if our opponent makes the correct winning move: Now we need the Conditional Move - Resign Button - Correct?

Conditional move should have a offering draw option as well.

If a player has a problem with moving pieces,the player experiencing  problems should be able to withdraw from that game without taking a loss.Please be relevant, helpful & nice!
