@Nimzo -
Must have hit quite the nerve to get you on a torrent like that.
Here, let's chill a bit.. "you win". Oh, and Marty, you win too.
I'm declaring you two the winners, ok? I'll pick out a trophy for both of you. Jobs well done.

SCID can do all that. You can auto-analyse, mark/define blunders and see a score graph. For the latter, it is only really useful if you score every move during auto-analysis though. Pretty sure Chessbase can too.
I know I rarely use the Chess.com analysis, though I am intrigued some on the CAPS feature.
I just downloaded Scid vs PC and it has none of that. I tried downloading Scid but it was way too big, some 200 MB. Why would I download that?
I use SCID vs PC and I guarantee it has that. I use all those features all the time. Previously I used SCID and it has had those features also; I'm pretty confident the new version does since SCID vs PC is just a fork of it with some additional features and GUI changes.
To clarify, since think I was too quick to say all, it can mark blunders. It probably doesn't have the ability to mark inaccuracies and mistakes directly.
so you have voted for V3 and you find "nice' the way a moderator offends a descent member of the site who followed your instructions last time in order to take my first screenshot and post it here, i don't even know what proxies are... so please do not approve the adress of disrespecting comment to me by the moderator Martin Stahll
as far as your question about why the v2 is leading , many people are wandering why V2 is leading only by such a small number?!?!
but i think we have already got an idea of what is happenning in your strawpoll
If I offended you, that was not my intention.
If there are improprieties in the poll, which it is impossible to determine, unless each member that voted also posted in the forum. It is very probable both counts were impacted, again, IF people voted multiple times. I never said it did happen, just that it is possible.
I don't like the way you think mister, it tells me a lot.
i will stop reading this forum from now on
sure would like to hear from some of those "back slapping, well done boys, perhaps a girl or two" staff members who created the mess of V3 for over 2 years rather than a volunteer spokesperson such as martin...most of these comments are brilliant why V3 is a mistake...
I am using the new version now - but do like the original better.
Perhaps if SOMEONE at Chess.com would explain what all the new functions are they might be found to be useful.
Without that it seems like was said earlier, change by committee and to make people justify their jobs. Newer isn't always better especially when you can't explain how or why it is better.

@erik, has been involved in this topic. I think some other staff have too.
Perhaps if SOMEONE at Chess.com would explain what all the new functions are they might be found to be useful.
they produced a video to help you find your way around... an indication of just how bad it is...
can't think where the link is though, somebody?
They had videos for v2 also but
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-qLOQ-OEls4uS2rARp8DAeId7AP7Tt06
If only someone had told me about 'the three dots' sooner
Yea, really..... Makes you wonder why they have all those improtant steps and haven't told you about them, huh?
I prefer the old version quite a bit. It's much more user-friendly and easier to navigate. It's also much better when playing live games, I like being able to see all the open seeks.
Good God Ya all ??? We have discussed this over and over again. Saying the same things different ways.
For the last time lets just talk about FACTS.
Fact -1 V2 was built on a Platform this is obsolete. No way to update the core programing not even for security issues.
Fact - 2 V2 hasn't had a sofware update in a very long time and will not ever get another one.
Fact - 3 V2 has to leave as it is not possible to keep it. V3 & V2 running at the same time drains resources and that V3 needs to be fully functional and with speed increases.
Fact - 4 V2 & V3 share the same Data Base which has caused latency issues and extra bug issues until V2 is done & removed.
Fact - 5 Due to the knowledge that V2 can not stay no matter who says, WHY in the Bloody Heck are we voting on which you like Better ??? It means NOTHING (Hello) (Hello) we can't keep it.
Fact - 6 V3 completely rewritten on a new Platform programed with PHP components in no way compatable to anything in V2.
Fact - 7 V3 GUI was only based on 2 Panes on a page and can never be just like V2 due to V2 GUI having 3 columns per page.
Fact - 8 The closest V3 can look like V2 is by useing this link while running V3 ( www.chess.com/classic )
Fact - 9 Erik should take down V2 right away like before the 1st completely. C'est la vie
Fact - 10 All those that refuse to adjust leave and come back when you see how bad it really is out there.
Fact -11 Then and only then will we get strictly input for helping V3 to be better the (Never V3 folks I say it has been nice working with I guess we will see you again.
FACT - 12 These past 3000 comments are really for know reason so why bother V2 is gone and can not be saved.
So get with the program and help improve V3 or (hasta la vista baby) V2 is over we need to put out of this missionary soon and get the site back to improving V3 moving forward.
I liked V2 enough to pay a membership, V3 not so much. Hopefully the commander is right & in time V3 will be worthy of membership.
we v2 bees are continually told we're too lazy to use a new interface ,its true to delete any messages has to be done singually and my right bicep resembles Arnie and Slys arm my left one is as silly as ever ,When building a house theres a door rhat opens in but also allows you to leave,The v3 boffins forgot the fire escape,I must have 400 messages awaiting deletion ,[Edited for language - Mod.] if I,m gonna do it
