i am glad that you now show how much time left till game is considered abandoned.  But other features are unclear.  I used to like seeing how many points I had and the other player had .  the background is too dark to see the view of pieces taken

I want to see opponent's rating while in focus mode

The idea behind focus mode is that you only see the board, for the most part.

You can also change your background to something that has more contrast if you want.

Pictures of trophies been sweeter before.

I want to see both players points during game--not just a picture of pieces and how much they or I am ahead.

It's lame.  I know it's a small point, but I don't want to have to add up point values

Don't show "comment deleted".  Just delete it.  No one cares that I deleted something that I figured out.

You must be new to chess.  With experience, and understanding the point value of the pieces, youll know at a glnace whats going on.

In the old version points are visible throughout the online game.

If there's a conversation and somebody deletes their comments, it makes the other person look foolish. I'm sure somebody can provide an example

What do you mean? Conversation? Deleted comments?

I was watching some Live games last night and the points are shown on v3, right beside the material.  On the website at least. 

edit: clarification, the point difference is shown. So if one side is up a pawn it will show +1.

The post you are replying to is referring to the fact that if someone replies to a post that is subsequently deleted, and wasn't quoted, then the reply can look out of place or potentially foolish.
