A flag/map of the world. It changed a couple of months ago from the UN flag.

Looks very much like a picture of the world when it was flat...
Lets wish chess.com in the next few years to use even the icon of celestial globe for universal members 
Pesky users, wanting to modify the zoom level and thus screwing up the nice clean design...how dare they!
OK, I just had a little time to test. If I hover over the right side of the right panels, my cursor changes to a resize icon (like it would in for a normal window element). You can click-drag left or right, though it is a little finicky.

But um, the space freed up is on the wrong side:
Thanks!!!! lol. Ah, it's actually less finicky then the resize arrows for the board. Those icons that appear on hover? Save yourselves some headache pills and just make them visible all the time.
I'll try to watch tonight's tourney on a full PC and gather the numbers there.
Out of 20 players tonight, 2 on v2, 1 on Android, 17 on v3.
I've prefered V.2 for a long time, but the last week I've forced myself to use V.3. I'm used to it now and it's growing on me. It just takes a while to get used to. (There was also some link I clicked on that was supposed to make it a little more similar to V.2)
As everybody knows cats have the 6th sense and to check if scrolling is safe let your cat scroll with you, if she denies to play scrolling is not safe
The new site is okay, and actually pretty good, but it does have some annoyances i wish you would fix.

J.R.R.Tolkien has written a poem about Hobbit but it certainly goes well for "scrolling into V3" too

"scrolling into V3" really always comes first and follows after, there is so much unnecessary scrolling everywhere
Just logged in and I was sent straight to the new site. Tried to get into the old site and was told I don't have authorisation to do it. Why? C.C proving it can alienate members and balls up the site in one easy move.
If you get that error, just refresh. That worked in the past.
The old version is much better.
But WHY CAN'T WE GET .png anymore???

I suspect that is the reason behind the claim that "85% of users are now using v3". They get swept into v3 and can't escape.
Here is something specific that is missing in v3:
In v2 on my Home screen the main thing I do is to click the "New Comments" links to go to all the things I am following. In v3 on my Home page I don't have a section called "New Comments". So just where is that hidden?

It's hidden behind some icon. Sorry. It's not like they even tried to replicate the old home page.
So now...the home page is useless. No point to even having one. Just do your business moving from icon to icon.
