Feedback (profile and rating)

When you go to your profile, there is option to input your level and you can choose FIDE, USCF and BFC. Or if you are titled you can click to submit your title and name and so on. Now the problem is that the rest of the world, each country have their own national rating that can not be inputed (unless you are titled). So maybe add another option like NR - National Rating, so the rest of the players (that are not US or British citizens) can input their corresponded rating they have in their country chess federations.

Also to add, that there is a problem here

when you click on "Feedback" you get the error:

[User Error]: _mtickets_asubmitstep1departmentid3 not found (includes/functions.php:29)

I notified a staff member about this bug.

Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon.

Thanks for the suggestion, and the problem with the link is now fixed.  :)

It was less a bug than an out-of-date link the Webmaster blog settings, but good catch anyway!
