Leave the page and come back to live chess, this usually works for me.
game interrupted... Reconnecting... loading
I play live chess all the time, 20 min per game, both rated and unrated. Just recently, about a month ago, after every move my opponents make the game display dims and a message appears saying "Connection interrupted. Reconnecting..." and then it does reconnect. And this process continues non-stop.It is impossible to play under such conditions. Seems to me that the problem lies with Chess.com. I have no other problems accessing the Internet and playing on other sites. If this cannot be fixed I would like to get my money back. Thanks.
I have played over 10,000 blitz games and have noticed the "Connection Interrupted....Reconnecting" occurring only lately.
When it occurred in my games it took out sometimes 20 seconds off my clock immediately after my opponent made his move.
I have lost several winning games because of the occurrence of this "Connection Interrupted ..... Reconnecting".

What money? You don't seem to be a paying member.

If chess.com has completely nothing to do with the disconnection, then CHESS.COM must do something to rectify this menacing problem. For every problem, there must always a solution. This is for the common good of all chess players around the globe. Furthermore, chess.com must find a solution to this particular problem to dispel the cloud of doubt now hovering above their credibility as welll as their technical capability to provide good service to their valued customers---the avid chess players around the world.
It is really frustrating for a blitz game chess player to be experiencing such kind of an enigmatic situation. This particular problem is puzzling and no amount of explanation can satisfy feeling of dissappointment and exasperation. Again, let us solve and find a solution to this.

I also have the same problem,
I do not know if I am only the one encountering this problem. During blitz game and specially when I have a won or winning position, a message pops up on my monitor screen as follows: "Game interrupted. Reconnecting..." Also a spinning four square block appeared indicating "loading."
Reconnection may be done after one (1) or two (2) minutes or it may not be reconnected at all. Naturally, I will lose by way of time or by way of game abandoned.
Initially, I suspect that my opponent is the one manipulating the time for in what way or manner, I do not know. I fact, there was a time when I accused my opponent of time fraud manipulation via chat which he venemently denied. My opponent even quarreled with me through unsavory remarks via chat.
Also, I even suspect that this manipulation is designed by CHESS.COM for the objective of punishing or forcing a nonpaying member like me to upgrade my account to a paying member.
I tried playing in an internet shop to check if this kind of problem I am encountering whenever I play blitz game is also existing. In other words, I tried other internet site other than my own site at home. This is what I discovered. In one other site, this kind of problem (game interruption) also appeared. I tried another internet site and to my surprise, for a period of eight (8) hours at the internet, this particular problem (game interruption) I never experienced or encountered. This internet shop strictly prohibits downloading and uploading. In other words, this internet shop is a "virus free" internet shop. So, I made a conclusion. This particular problem (game interruption during blitz game) is caused by hackers inplanting virus to chess.com.
Finally, I suggest that chess.com will do something to rectify this problem. Or other members may suggest or recommend measures to address this.
