Game won't end!

About 4 days ago I started a Chess 960 game with a guy, and he was white.  The game had a 3 day per move time limit.  It's been four days and he hasn't made a move yet, but the game says he still has less than a minute left to make his move.  It's been saying this for a day.  Can someone tell me how do I stop this please?  Thanks.

I guess you don't win on time unless you adjust your settings to win on time. It'll stay like that forever if you don't change the setting.

When you go from your homepage to your online games page, if you look at the menu options on the right side, it will show items like this;

    *  Home                          * Current Games
    * Start New Game          * Games Archive
    * Open Seeks                 * My Stats
    * View Players                * Settings   <-------
    * Top Rated Games        * Help

You see above where i entered the arrow, click on the settings link on your games page.

Check the box marked 'Auto Claim Win on Time' then scroll to the bottom and save changes.

THanks.  So after I change the settings, and the few minutes run out, does that mean I win?
