Because of your settings. You have autotimeout proection disabled. Enable it. Otherwise you wont win on time.

Auto-Win on Time setting.

 I already do win games on time, but that's NOT MY GAME UP THERE. I was just curious as to why it was frozen.

 I wonder why that's even necessary.

 Because he was my opponent in a different game that I won on time. Right this moment I just won another one on time against him, so I was just wondering about this other one. Is it a sin to be curious about something that doesn't involve you directly?
