Games in progress bug?

Why if I have more than 25 games in progress, The 'All Games' box will only show that I have 11? Sometimes I've had more than 50 and it shows '5'.

This issue has been going on for quite some time.

I've tried to look for explanations, I  thought that refers to games that I'm waiting, games where I have to play or games in which my opponents are on vacation but none of this seems true.

Does it happen to you too?

Obviously the developers thought no one would have 50 games at once! How could someone? Ok, you like chess, but there are other activities in life too.

50 is not many, especially to someone who enjoys tourneys, some members play hundreds at a time. To each their own.

I had the same situation as you. I just wrote to the Staff and they corrected it.

The count of my number of games in progress has started to be inaccurate recently.  I have 10 games in progress, but it only counts 7.  Is anyone else having this problem lately?

fnewman, you have to report it to chess.com and they will have it fixed quite quickly.
