Getting kicked from games using mobile - logged in somewhere else

Please can you sort this problem out?  If I logged in to chess.com on a computer but forget to log out then play a game on a mobile. It lets you start a game, sometimes almost finish a game and then it freezes and the message below comes up and you can no longer access the game you were playing.  Surely it would be better to not let you start the game in the first place, as I am sure the person I am playing thinks I abandoned the game.  It happens all the time.

I had no idea what you meant, but looked at their profile and he/she has serious issues. It's just a  mild annoyance for me!

I see. But it does happen occasionally if you play from multiple devices without logging off. 

I'd log off of other devices when I'm done using them.
