Hey guys this is me chessgrandmaster1999. I am currently a 13 year old and I have a chesskid.com account. If there are any ideas which may be helpful you can post here on the #1 Website chess.com.

The site lacks a forum. And some meaningful ways to communicate to each other during a game. That's all.

PGN export would be great.

I think that's to protect kids from being exposed to "inappropriate" material?

How about moving all the kids in here over there (so we can be free to cuss & stuff).

During  a game buttons with standard text could be an idea:

"good move!"

"well played"

"oops!"

etc.

Also, I don't know how chesskid deals with cheating and excessively aborting games or allowing time to run out. I've played a lot of games where my opoonent disconnected after dropping their queen. There is no message about a fair play policy that pops up after these games, so I'm not sure if there is a fair play policy at all. And while it's understandable that more people on chesskid don't resign when they should, the staff should still give a warning or something.

And as for the topic of cheating, today I played a live chess game against someone rated #1087 of 6,367 in correspondence chess. The live game that we played looked like this:

Clearly, there's something fishy about this guy's correspondence chess rating. I'm not sure whether the staff on chesskid look into the issue of cheating, but I think they probably should.

Cheating on Chesskid.com is ubiquitous. I know that, because I once had an account there (before I created this one, and it's deleted now) because I thought kids might be a more suitable competition for me (at that time I had a rating of about 600). Well, I guess I was wrong ...

@ElKitch: That feature already exists there. But most of your set of predetermined responses doesn't really make sense and just sounds awkward. The problem is that you just can't create a meaningful discourse with your opponent.

Eh, whatever, Chess.com is a great site though!

Move everyone to chesskids until they are able to 'prove' adulthood?

And none of this Chessplayer/Dragonslayer/Powerlevel avatar-crap counts as 'proof'??
