It's a total bully situation, and while disabling chat works I still feel like these low-lifes should feel some consequences. Is it just me or do you all get this? As a webmaster I understand that a public website is prone to this kind of spam, but as a community I wonder if there is someway to identify and weed out the haters.

I also kept the nasty msgs around for a while, I was trying to find a way to report it. However I agree with whomever said it earlier, just delete and move on.
Support ticket to report abuse? Ok, will do. For what the other thing is worth, I deleted the errant second account, so it's 2legit2quit :)

Good idea! That's I'd call fighting fire with fire... Oddly it happened to me time ago that someone «almost» accused me to cheat. But after the game, when I saw the PC analysis, I was surprised that he accused me after 2 innacuracies and a mistake!!.. Still wonderin'
I used to block all of them (unwanted players) but after a long list, my chat is off by default (settings).

I just received a serious of hate messages from a user called, Artie-McFartie. He apparently thinks I'm Chinese.
This seems the only avenue to expose such things. Below is a paste of his messages:
