You should have seen the tactic which allows a draw by perpetual. Its not up to chess.com to change the rules of the game.

White found a valuable resource and Black is upset by his own failings.

Perpetual check is an entirely valid part of the game of chess.  White did well to employ it.

How can you complain? it's the rules of chess! frankly it's your own fault for being put in that situation in the first place, what a pathetic waste of 47 seconds of my life!

You shouldn't insult your opponents. Your offensive behaviour only shows your ignorance, and that is not because you don't know the rules of chess, that would just make you a beginner or learner, whatever, but because you don't know them and you offend others because of your lack of knowledge. that is an excellent example of ignorance.

All the comments before my one are correct.... Completely agree with all of them. 

I don't have anything to add that doesnt make this forum rather repetitive, but seriously, learn the rules of the game.  Perpetual check is a HUGE part of the game.

Naming and shaming is a well established no no in these forums.  The intial link to the game and title is very unfair of the opponent!! It should be removed by the mods.

Your opponent found a way to draw the game by repitition, good for him for being alert. In my opinion you are the loser for WHINING about it.
