While playing (and on the verge of winning/4 points ahead) I have been disconnected by chess.com web site. the site tried to reconnect but during this period I could not play AND my time was elapsing. When this happened I had 5 min left, but it took the site more than 5 min to reconnect, so I lost !!! This is unfair and unacceptable.
