Maybe there was some 'lag' on their computer (or yours).
Did you check how good the connections were?

i played now two games live chess 5 min without bonus.
The time of my opponents was not working right. On 3:56 the time changed to 4:15. Not only one time, twice and more.
Are they cheating? i do not think so. There must be a bug. My opponents are: neugodni and KalaLangitMerahSaga.
Please correct them.
