Member disconnects when losin

It is more than annoying when  members disconnect because they are losing. Here is my suggestion:  If a member does it fairly frequently, then potential players should be made aware of it and given the option to play or not to play against this member. For example a note comes up saying: this members has violated the fair play rules - has disconnected 5,7,10,15 times- - do you want to play?: yes/no

I would prefer this option instead of wasting time and enery with such unfair players.

You also have to think of irl issues as almost all of my losses are from that That i have to leave so its really arbritary so I play very short games.

yep, you really can't your develop you end game skills, because such bad losers . I prefer longer game, because as a beginner I like to think about my moves, but I'm seriously thinking just to play shorter games because this issue. It seems to effect many members, so chess.com might come up with a solution.

One fo the things I try to do to help others from my problems is just play blitzes

i was one move away from check mate and there was nothing my opponent could do, i waited 15 minuites just so he can move is king out of check so i can check mate him because not only did he disconnect on purpose cuz he was about to lose HE KEPT RECONNECtING THEN DISCONNECTING MAKING ME WAIT THE WHOLE 15 MUINUTES, then as soon as he had like 7 seconds he just moved his king then i finally check mated him. -_-

Good on you  The only comfort one gets is that you know you're the better player....
