Member Map Option Removed ?!

SHARE / Members, and the Pop-Up window says : " Search all Chess.com members !"

Impossible to search now.

No Member Map anymore ???

Not everyone wanted to be shown on the map or have others try to locate them using it.

Privacy Settings are for securing Your Data. Cannot You add there the "Location Hide" ???

Otherwise this Site´s Attractiveness drops, IMHO.

Chess.com map is entirely meaningless now unless you want see density-of-avalaible-coaches, watch grass-grow or paint-dry.

I would call it paralyzing or semi-deactivation of the Google Feature.  

Yes the main-idea of ''interactive-map'' WAS members. Without that is simply free advertising for coaches & useless.

The whole thing would be be better to be junked now.

Or they can give Us the Privacy Setting Option !!!

Is this another example of a downgrade in services provided by chess.com since the arbitary introduction of the new system?

And I used that map in recruiting New Folks into Groups. Mainly.   

Maybee they Can Raplace it with Whale Migration. Or Wave Swells...

that Map set up Used to show a pic of the church parking lot down the street from my house and so i never entered my new IP so it showed the wrong location..

Some folk like to remain hidden from stalkers, or if they have something else to hide. I'm not a paid up member so for me to expect bonus stuff for free is asking too much. If you are a paid up member then maybe expecting something more is a right. Not everyone uses information in a good way. I kinda like the member map for recruiting.
