I lost a blitz game once up 2 queens, a rook, knight, and 3 pawns, cause I accidentally refreshed the page by swiping too fast with 2-3 seconds left on the clock..he still had 2 pawns so sufficient mating material to not end up being a draw.
Mouse slips - chess.com bug?

The same thing happens to me. I drag a piece and during the trajectory it comes loose from the mouse. Obviously, after that, I abandon the game. This situation is very sad. I have a very old registration here. I'm going back to Lichess.
