new option when time per move expires

When the time per move expires on my opponent.  Give me the option to extend the time or claim the victory.  If the game is really good, I would rather extend it than claim a few points.  Just an idea.

This exists for correspondence chess -- under your chess settings you can unclick the auto-claim wins on time option.

I'm not sure it makes much sense in Live chess -- the clock is so much more integral a part of the game at those time controls that I'd be surprised if you could.

At a minimum, it should register the game as a win/loss and adjust ratings and then allow you to play on unrated, otherwise the ratings would be adversely affected.

I would like 28 days per move.  14 days per move is too slow.

I would note that tournament and match games automatically give you the win on time, regardless of settings.

This is to keep such activities from being delayed from perpetual "life lines", as they are called at another site I play at.
