Non-premium members are allowed to add no more than 2 conditional lines of moves per turn. There is a bug that prevents the user from doing that. Enter 2 conditional moves, delete 1 of those moves, try to add a 2nd conditional move. You will see the message "Must be premium to add more lines" and you won't be allowed to add the max number of conditional moves. There is a workaround but it's a hassle: delete both moves and enter them again.
