If you don't know whose turn it is, then maybe the problem is you, not the premove system?
At least the way this sounds to me the premove system worked exactly as it should, and the one who put in a wrong move was you.
I would appreciate it a lot if Chess.com could make the premove setting smarter, or make it easier for me to adjust the premove setting while I'm playing Live Chess.
I usually don't change my settings but I did lose one just now because I lost track of whose turn it was and premoved by mistake. If I do ever have premove turned on it would be helpful to be able to see it and flip it on or off while I'm in a Live Chess game without having to navigate to my full settings pages.
Also a more "smart premove" would turn on premove if my clock starts to go under 20 seconds or 10 seconds maybe. (This could be adjustable too). or if I'm in a 1 minute or 2 minute game. But in a 5 2 game if I'm not in time trouble then it seems silly that I would try to premove. So it might help to have the premove setting turn on in time trouble. And also it would help most to have that, and also have it easily be overridden manually by me, from the Live Chess screen.
