I'm really sorry to hear you dislike the site and live chess to this extent 
The issue of the premium upgrade pop up shouldn't appear during any current live chess games, and be assured we are investigating this to prevent it happening.
If you're seeing that the browser is outdated, can you tell me which browser and version you're using please so i can check on this for you?
The format for live chess shouldn't be major changes now. We will be adding tournaments into live chess this year though so may change a little then.
What level of membership is the other account? What are you unhappy with on the premium membership? I can only help you if you discuss it with me.
We are getting good feedback and constructive comments from members on what areas need tweaking and improving and overall with live chess, the responses have been good. We have listened to members, what they want, like, dislike.
I'm also sorry you feel the Chess.com staff don't care, this couldn't be further from the truth, but if you feel there are ways we could improve to make the experience on here better and more enjoyable for you, please let us know.
I have deleted the original comment, as it was a bit "over the top". Actually, I enjoy this website a lot, and it was my evil twin who posted the rude remarks. He's the same guy who told me that in any game, in any position, rook takes knight! wins in all variations......Even in backgammon!
