Actually using google chrome from the begining. I never used Internet explorer. Also travelling a lot but wherver I go the same problem of frequent disconnection only to this site is occurring. Rest of the sites which were on line remains uninterrupted. where the problem lies still I dont know.
If u have any options related to software, pls let me know.

Now Im getting fed up due to frequent disconnection. I have lost my highest rating and its lowered down to the lowest. I dont wanna play & continue any more to play this site. I have checked my net connections & other OS related problems but no lacunae found. At last I will try the site you mentioned, If it works, well otherwise I dont wanna play lower rated players anymore.

My problem is that, frequent disconnection occurring during online games in chess.com, because of this i have lost, losing my high rating gratually. The same time im using other sites but frequent dicconection problem I never faced.
My other friends too complaining about the same problem.
As being a popular & most frequently used site. we love this site
