tactics trainer tabs

I've noticed that some tactics trainer puzzles have "tabs" which display their topic. I have a few questions about them:

  1. How are they first determined? (probably by the suggestions I'm guessing, but who goes over them?)
  2. Can a problem have multiple tabs or just one?
  3. How many of the problems have such tabs?

typo: tags, not tabs If they were there before ,then I never saw them.
