Nice!  They have scales, though, too. 

Halibut may well be my favorite fish to eat.

You can't stay in tuna if you don't practice your scales.

Actually scales aren't so important as long tones for staying in tune...

Albacore Tuna

Fresh Salmon

All SASHIMI, of course!

You know that for most fish, the more you cook them the worse they taste...
