If only there was some voluntary-restraint!
I like to have enough games on the go that if I log on their are a couple games awaiting me. To many games probably affects the quality of play. This team seems to have more than enough matches on the go right now.
you have 450+matches, I dont think its not that good, and most of them are 3 dsays/move while you are online everyday and you move once in a game for 2 days
rather than that you can play lesser number of game, and complete games fast, that will work for you....
Wow, that's alot of games. I thought I was bad when I had 16 concurrent games. The way I look at it, I typically like to think for 5 - 10 minutes on a move, especially if I haven't been playing the game for a day or two. (I'm slow admittedly). Even so, at 10 minutes per move, 6 games is an hour just to make the moves of current games. I have a job, wife, etc so it's hard to devote that much time, especially if I want to read an article, do a few tactics, etc. I've decided to limit my games to no more than 5, preferably 3. Makes it hard to join tourneys though so occasionally I'll opt for more.
I forgot to add, why not just play live - blitz or something similar, you spend the same amount of time on the move, just get to see the results sooner.
If you go into your "account settings" and then "online chess settings", you can limit the number of games you can start. That way you won't fall into the trap of playing too many games at once, which is so easy to do. I had the same problem when I first started and just couldn't cope with over 15 games at once, so now I've got mine limited to a maximum of ten. I've found that the fewer games I play, and fewer groups I belong to, the more time I have to make higher quality moves. Basically, don't start any more games until you get your games down to a manageable level! Hope that helps.

Setting that max number of games will probably prevent new challenges coming through - but it won't stop you signing up for tournaments.
Here's what I did when I was in this situation with 550 games: I developed a schedule for when to make my moves. Each night, at around 9:30 PM, I would make the moves in all of my games with less than 24 hours remaining. Some nights I would go for more, so only a handful of games needed a move in them. This process, combined with not joining ANY team matches, although lengthy (I began using it 3 months ago), works well enough so that there's less stress involved with my move making. I've now got my game total down to a respectable 300, which is incredibly easy to manage now that I know when I'm going to make my moves.

True, but I've also set it so that people on my friends list can challenge me whenever they want, even if I've reached my limit. Also, I usually don't have more than five games going at a time, so for me there's plenty of leeway. Besides, it's all down to personal preference, I really couldn't cope with more than ten games at once, so I'd have to decline some challenges anyway.
hi guys, i have made an error in judgement, i have joined to many teams, and hence playing to many games at once. its hard to stop this addication, and i have been a bit lax, in posting forum posts. you are all welcome to check my web page, to get the point. sorry, i will try and get more involved in forum topics best wishes david
