Action chess rating?

Hello,
I am an old time USCF member that has been inactive for 20+ years. I have a regular tournament rating of around 2000. I would like to play in an action rated tournament but I see that I am unrated for this style game.
Question:
1. How will I be seeded? as UNR? Expert? My skills have eroded but that rating is still in the system.
2. How does a 1985 year 2000 rating match up these days? I guess there has been some rating inflation/deflation since then.
