Yes, there is a slight delay in adding the higher rating sections but they should be added within one week and you should still have plenty of time to join.

I see that a 2nd chess.com Theme Tournament is starting on 2/1, themed around the Sicilian Defense: http://www.chess.com/tournament/2nd-chesscom-theme-tournament---sicilian-1601-1800, for instance.
However, I can't find any higher-rated sections than that one. Are you planning to make sections for 1801-2000 or even higher, as you did with the Ruy Lopez theme tournament? Or is there not expected to be enough interest in those?
