Correction re: how many can advance

When you set up a tournament, The "Advance per Group" setting says:
This must be less than 1/2 of the group size.
It should read something like:
This must be no more than half of the group size.
After all, if you have a group of 4, it is valid to have 2 advance to the next round.
Could this be fixed please chess.com? You could also dynamically populate the "Advance per Group" drop-down box based on the value of "Group Size" - this would prevent an invalid value from being selected. Thanks.
