Just make sure you make your moves before your time is up.
How do i decrease my timeout ratio?

Timeouts occur when you lose an Online Chess game by running out of time.
Members who have timed out in more than 10% of their online games over the last 90 days are barred from joining tournaments.
(We do not want users joining if they are likely to abandon their games and prolong the event for nothing.)
To lower a timeout percentage, the member should complete more games, decreasing the percentage.
Again, we only look at the last 90 days, so it's not forever - unless the member is truly a habitual timer-outer. :)

Reduce the chances of people abandoning their games by timing out, some tournament directors specify that a person's timeout ratio has to be below a particular value before they are allowed to enter. Your timeout value for the past 90 days is given as 54%, although it looks like it should be higher-- out of 28 finished games, you allowed 18 to time out and resigned another after 1 move.
