can anyone tell the where/how to set tournament format when create a new tournament? I didn't find this info either in setting or in help file.

Perhaps you could describe what format are you trying to get.

what I meant is that when I try to create a tournament i can't set the group size and how many to the next round. but now i got it, only platinum and diamond members can creat a multi-round tournament.
