I am a premium member but need a 5% timeout ratio to host a tournament.  It shows the premium symbol next to my name, but I still can't host a tournament. I also have a timeout ratio less than 15%. What should I do?

The requirement is to have a timeout ratio below 15% to host tournaments.

Perhaps your 14.89% ratio still rounds to 15% and therefore won't allow you to host yet. Maybe they don't calculate that ratio to three decimal places.

It looks like you lost ten games in one day at the end of February and another fourteen games in early January. (January 8th and 9th). Were they all forfeits?

They stay in the calculation for 90 days.

Until the ratio clears, you can think about why chess.com thinks it is a good idea to discourage forfeits.

You are a premium member and should have had vacation available, or maybe they were no vacation tournaments?

It was a no vacation tournament

Okay. This is just weird. Now I can create tournaments but my timeout percentage hasn't changed. [illuminati music plays]
