I must have timeout ratio lower than 10 percent?

What does that mean? I tried to sign up for the Chess 960 tournement and they said I can't sign up unless I had a timeout ratio lower than  10%. What is that/ and how can I fix it, if its fixable?

Timeout ratio is the percentage of games that you lose on time. Stop timing out to improve it.

I just checked my timeout ratio it's 13 percent so I'm not that far behind. Thanks nate23.
